Background

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Northeast Los Angeles. I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and a BA in Film Studies from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT). Before becoming a therapist, I worked in documentary film, where I loved delving into people’s stories.

My clinical experience includes work in group practices and community clinics, providing therapy to adults, teens, and couples. I have specialized training in depth, Jungian, and trauma-informed care.

In the room, I’m drawn to moments when something new or unexpected starts to surface. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to help you stay with those shifts. Areas of focus include relationships and intimacy, anxiety, life transitions, and questions of selfhood and meaning.
