Welcome

How much of your life is shaped by what you think you should do? Holding things together, holding space for loved ones’ needs, holding back parts of yourself.

Everyone has inner wisdom. Over time, self-trust can get clouded or buried by early experiences, cultural messages, trauma, and the expectations of others. Quieting certain parts of yourself may have helped you feel safe or accepted—even successful. But eventually those patterns can start to feel tight, like living in clothes that no longer fit.

People often come to therapy when what once worked stops working. This can show up as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, burnout, or a sense that something’s missing.

I’m a Pasadena-based therapist offering Jungian, relational, and depth psychotherapy for adults and teens ready to reconnect with their inner lives. Together, we pay attention to the quieter, less formulated, and often unconscious parts of experience—the ones that get lost when we’re busy being who we think we should be. As they come into view, something more authentic and alive starts to take shape.

Wherever you are in your process, I’m glad you’re here. I meet with clients in person in Pasadena and online throughout California. Learn more about me and how we can work together.
